  • Coolinator1025

    Hilarious

  • MuffinButton4Life

I downloaded the game because I love what you guys Are doing here. It’s even more fun than when I was a kid.

    • mikep32068

I played it when i was a kid too. Now i’m waiting for the PS4 remake. 🙂

  • Justin Time

God, how do I blackmail my way into this show? I’m fucking ready to voice Rufus, you guys. I was born for this.

  • Trunkbot_23

I am thoroughly surprised that Aerith’s wonderful home resides in the Ghetto of Midgard. Thank you Crazy Preacher!Barret for saying such.

  • Methrael

Wow, I see someone mention ExcelSaga in the comments and only now do I realize you have a fair number of professional voice actors in your team. This show just got a tad more furiously epic.

  • RGreen89

Loved the episode guys, but I have one question.

What is with Hojo’s mouth? I mean, why is it always open? Please tell me it isn’t just me?

    • Vouru

Pretend it’s a small mustache, it becomes a lot less noticeable.

  • This was quite friendly
Well now we know what Tifa likes the most
Cloud is clearly the most psychical of them all

  • danny20623

damn its the little things that make this great like at the very start you hear a “what are you doing to do, stab me?”. Just great.

  • jdgjordan

How do you even burn gill it’s solid silver.

    • GreatWyrmGold

…THAT’S your problem with his plan?

    • kilcraft

      Wasnt gil gold?

    • Quid

With the most expensive furnaces gil can buy.

  • dennise1

Take 1 billion dollars, that’s how much space cost by the way, and throw it into a fire. The smoke then makes the payment to space. I nearly died laughing at this.

  • DukeLeto7

    Hmmm…

You know, perhaps I’ve led a sheltered life, perhaps I don’t really understand women, but I’ve never heard of a woman, even while high, reacting to seeing stranger’s dicks in any number greater than zero by attempting to put them all in her mouth outside of a porn movie.

    • GreatWyrmGold

Cannabis also doesn’t generally cause hallucinations in the first place. That was some strong stuff…

    • TheScyle

You looked at it the wrong way. Maybe she didnt just hallucinate dicks because of dicks. Maybe she hallucinated what she was craving. Having Tifa being a character right out of a splatter porn in this abridged, that is something she would crave (Tho she would probably bite off your dick, just to see the blood from it). Also yeah, that wasnt just Cannabis.

      • Len

That’s going to make a certain intimate scene that she’ll have late in the game with a certain blonde butt monkey all the more…interesting.

(mutters) Girl’s gonna break him in half.

  • Len

Damn, I just got the joke about Tifa and the paint of the wall. That’s messed up, TFS, even if she did kinda deserve it lol. Also love the fact that you got Jessica Calvello to play Ifalna; love how she incorporated some good ol’ Excel Excel in her lines.

But man, I feel terrible for Reeve. Not only are his President and fellow execs horrible people, they’re also morons. Well, don’t worry, Reeve, because a certain One-Winged Angel and a band of psychotic misfits will answer your prayers soon.

    • Trunkbot_23

Holy crap, I heard her! Excel, Excel!

      • Lazy Prinny

I heard it too! I hadn’t even checked the cast yet and I heard it!

    • Tobicapriroy01

What was the joke? I didn’t catch it.

  • drazil

    I wish I could afford a space!

  • The Urmician

Ahh, good ole 60th floor seal.

  • when brororri episode? will sephiroth be brolly? please don’t. sephiroth is amazingly evil, and that would just kill this wonderful hard-on you guys have been giving me with these latest installments. hopefully, good ol’ brororri will just be a she-hulk obsessed with punching our good heroes in their mutilated dicks, and bio-brolly will be after she dies of syphilis. c’mon, you guys know everyone wants a female super sayajin. btw, kirran, i used to think brolly was future trunks from an evil timeline, too. it’s completely understandable.

  • TheGreatEscapist

    😀 (applause)
    Once again, great work, guys!

Glad you gave Jessica Calvello another part. She’s really good.

Also, I have an inexplicable liking for Hojo’s design. Do we ever get to see an in-combat model of him?

Again, since this technically my first time being exposed to the FF7 story, I’m just gonna have to say it. All this stuff about Aerith being “the last of her people to lead to the promised land”, all I can think of in response is: “You’ve gotta be f***ing sh***ing me!!”
I’m all for fantastical far-out stories, but this just kind of goes off the charts on my What-The-F***-O-Meter.

To those of you who’ve played the game in full, was there any kind of foreshadowing to this promised land stuff? Or a race being wiped out? Anything like that before this business meeting exposition dump?
I get that Shinra was keeping an eye on her for some mysterious reason, but you’re playing as a “freedom fighter” blowing up factories, and then there’s this stuff about a promised land? It just feels like the tone of the story just did a full one-eighty.

    • Gakke

This is the first you hear of the Cetra, but this is still WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY early in the game, literally still in the starting city. If they continue at this pace there will be at least 50 more episodes, probably more.

      • TheGreatEscapist

Okay. Thanks for clearing that up. 🙂

I’m probably gonna have even more outsider questions like that if the series continues.
(I hope it does. I hope it at least gets another season. I’m really enjoying it.)

    • ArtemioM05

Also, I think there is one small piece of foreshadowing before this. Granted its been a very long time since I played this game, but I think Cloud has one quick “dialogue” flashback of a certain someone saying that he had the blood of the Ancients coursing through his veins.

      • TheGreatEscapist

        Ah, I see.
It’s just that the story starts off in this Orwellian corporate dystopia and then we’ve suddenly got these elements of Biblically-inspired fantasy. The two just seem a tad anachronistic and the story developers for the game could have found a way to blend the two a little better.

    • ArtemioM05

I get what your saying and they probably could have found a better way, but in their defense, once Cloud and co. leaves Midgar the world and your understanding of it completely changes. Without being too dramatic, when I first stepped onto the world map completely blew me away because I had this mindset this corporate dystopia was all there was. Without saying anything more beyond this, just keep in mind that this “town” is the technological height of anything else found in this world. I hope this helps.

      • TheGreatEscapist

Yeah, I get what you mean. It’s definitely something Square Enix tends to do a lot in their games and stories. It usually starts of that you think the story is going to go in one direction but then something comes along or pulls the rug out from under our heroes and the story takes a whole different turn.
It was in the first two Kingdom Hearts games, some of the follow-up FF games, and even the second season of “Black Butler”. (At least FF7 doesn’t do one of those annoying Protagonist Fake-Outs like in KH 2 and Black Butler season 2.)

    • SpleenSphinx

It feels like forever before you leave Midgar the first time through. Though, you should go hunt down a rom and play through the story because it is worth it just to experience it first hand. This game is a classic. This show doesn’t really do justice to the story for a newcomer, and you aren’t going to get all of the jokes without being acquainted with the original characters.

  • ZeroMew08

Gotta love that SHINRa Elevator Music.

  • Myriad Truth

Aw man! I finally get why Tifa’s mouth taste like paint. OH noooooo…..

  • android19

As usual, better than the last one. These have gotten so good and I love it.

  • Slapperfish

I love the pace which these episodes come out so fast and efficient

  • maswartz

Oh hey, what a great Thanksgiving gift.

  • LoganMcLovinBender

“Erect With Rage” = Greatest line ever. No clue why I find it so funny, but I do.
Thanks for the new episode =D

    ~Happy Thanksgiving TFS!~

  • brianm110

Totally loved this ep guys but I think u missed a good opportunity for a joke, when Aeris/Aerith’s mom dies the train guard right next to her just stands there watching not giving a crap hahaha.

    • janeDoe001

Yeah, that guy was messed up… I think I’ll call him… Dr. Nick Riviera.

      🙂
